The database covering Roma children included in the formal educational system (by municipalities, schools and school grades) is indispensable to the implementation of all projects related to assisting Roma children, their inclusion in the educational system in Montenegro and the analysis of their success in school.  The need for systematic data was shown during the distribution of free textbooks for all poor and Roma children in Montenegro, which is supposed to be performed by the Ministry of Education and Science, b means of a World Bank loan. The demand for such a database also arises from the Action Plan for the Decade of Roma Inclusion.

The database will be placed on the Foundation website for the provision of scholarships to Roma's and will be available to the Ministry of Education and Science, international organizations, donors and all interested parties.
