FOSI ROM supported the Initial Stage Activities and the III Stage of Development of Shadow Report.
The project includes organization of a two-day seminar for women with disabilities from the towns of Pljevlja, Žabljak, Bijelo Polje, Mojkovac, Berane and Rožaje, to inform them about the rights of people with disabilities. Special attention will be devoted to the importance of education and employment of people with disabilities and reproductive health of women with disabilities. Focus groups of women from these towns will define concrete seminar topics; a brochure that will provide necessary information will be prepared based on their requests. The project is intended to strengthen women with disabilities, but also to highlight to the local community their rights and the discrimination they face as a doubly marginalized group.
